The Jungheinrich Group attaches great importance to the subject of compliance. Compliance for Jungheinrich means observance of statutory directives and company-internal regulations and serves in the first place to prevent possible dangers and risks in the company.
A Compliance System was devised for the Jungheinrich Group and this created a further control mechanism for the company. Dr. Benno Kanski, Head of Jungheinrich Group Audit Department, has been responsible for implementing the Compliance System as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) since 01.01.2008.
Within the scope of the audits by the Group Audit Department, the new Compliance System is intended for intensified monitoring of regulation-conform observance of directives in all sections and companies of the Jungheinrich Group.
