Material and information flows will be analysed substantially during several planning and designing phases together with our customers. With numerous „tools" (i. e. material flow diagrams, simulations, CAD layouts, system grafics) present and target states will be made transparent.
Optimisation approaches will be uncovered. At the end of all planning phases several solution concepts are created. Together with our customers we define the optimal concept - with involvement of all economical, local and other circumstances. As a result an approved system specification is established which all involved parties have agreed with: Basis for the following system implementation!
