Step 1:
The industrial refurbishment of a used truck starts with the first check. Here, spare parts are ordered and all safety-critical components automatically replaced before any further inspection.
Step 2:
Disassembly and thorough cleaning. Consumables such as brake fluid, engine and hydraulic oil are disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations. After a full clean of the components we establish which components need to be replaced.
Step 3:
Complete mast disassembly. In almost all cases the chains and bearings are replaced.

Step 4:
The used trucks are primed, smoothed and painted. They are then "as new" and barely distinguishable from a new truck, even to an expert.
Step 5:
Chassis, mast and all components are re-assembled and the truck is restored.
Step 6:
Final functional test with rated load. Once it has passed the test, each used
truck completes its industrial refurbishment in premium quality. Up and running and complete with safety certificate, it is ready for despatch.
