Personnel Change on the Board of the Management

The member of the Board of Management of Jungheinrich AG responsible for the Engineering division, Dr. Oliver Lücke, has informed the Supervisory Board that he is not available for a renewal of his appointment as a member of the Board of Management beyond 30 June 2018 as he wishes to focus on new tasks. The Supervisory Board very much regrets the departure of Dr. Lücke and would like to take this opportunity to extend its gratitude to Dr. Lücke for his valuable contribution to the company’s success over many years and in various functions. The Supervisory Board wishes Dr. Lücke continued success in his future professional career and all the best in his personal life.
