Remuneration of Board of Management and Supervisory Board

The structure of the board remuneration supports the achievement of our strategic goals, guarantees fair remuneration for the board members and provides incentive within the framework of our company strategy for profitable growth and the creation of sustainable value.

The current remuneration system for members of the Board of Management of Jungheinrich AG was adopted by the Supervisory Board on 21 December 2021 and approved at the Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2022.

The Annual General Meeting last approved the remuneration of the Supervisory Board and a corresponding provision in the articles of association on 11 May 2021.

The annual remuneration report explains in detail the remuneration granted and owed to former and active members of the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG. The remuneration report for the 2021 financial year was created by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board according to Section 162 of the German Stock Corporation Act audited by the company auditor. The Annual General Meeting approved the audited remuneration report on 10 May 2022.
