Go-getter culture with a long-standing history
Jungheinrich is a traditional family-owned company with headquarters in Hamburg. It all started in 1953 with a small workshop. From thirty employees, we have grown to over 16,500. Yet despite all the new developments, the motto of our company founder still applies today as it did back then: "Do it!" It is a mission to every single employee to bring something new to the table and to do something different. Committed to the promotion of young talent
In Germany we provide training in 20 occupations including dual study programmes. Every year we prepare about 300 young people for working life. Our aim is always to take on skilled tasks and to continuously improve them. We also offer young people the opportunity to pursue a professional career and gain valuable practical experience through internships. If you want to get an insight into our company as a student, you can combine your studies with a student trainee position or a thesis, for example. In addition, with our international trainee programme, the Jungheinrich International Graduate Programme (JIG), we equip new recruits with all the skills they will need to perform their tasks and for a future career in the company.
