Jungheinrich AG: Kathrin Dahnke appointed interim Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Hamburg – The Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG appointed Kathrin Dahnke as interim Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 1 January 2026. She succeeds Rolf Najork, who resigned from his position effective 31 December 2025. Ms Dahnke is currently a member of the supervisory boards at B. Braun SE, Knorr-Bremse AG, Aurubis AG and Fraport AG. The Supervisory Board intends to make a decision concerning the successor to the position of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board following the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2026. Several shareholder representatives will be elected to the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting.
