Annual General Meeting

The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG have set the new date of the 2020 Annual General Meeting for 27 August 2020. The event was to have taken place in late April but was initially postponed to an undetermined date in summer due to the coronavirus pandemic. To protect the health of Jungheinrich’s shareholders and employees, the Annual General Meeting will now take place virtually and will be broadcast online as a live stream. 

The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG will propose a dividend of € 0.46 per ordinary share and € 0.48 per preferred share, as published in the 2019 annual report.
