Every year, techconsult GmbH’s users rank solutions based on customer satisfaction in the Professional User Rating (PUR). The Jungheinrich Warehouse Management System, Jungheinrich WMS, was rated one of the top 5 warehouse management systems in German-speaking countries last year and again this year in the field of Company Excellence (supplier rating) and Solution Excellence (solution rating).

In the Digital Solutions category, a total of more than 4,300 users ranked more than 50 different software solutions across 67 criteria and rated their satisfaction in the fields of Company Excellence, meaning aspects relating to the company and its position on the market, and Solution Excellence, meaning aspects relating to the solution and the technologies employed.
