The EZS 7280 sit-on tow tractor is ideal for transporting heavy loads across the airport apron or the premises of industrial companies. With its maximum pulling performance of 28 t, combined with the strong torque and good braking, it transports loads easily and safely. Its particular strength is the transport of heavy loads on ramps. Stopping and starting on the ramp is always problem free thanks to the automatic parking brake and hill start assistant.
Robust, versatile and economical – these are the advantages offered by our EZS 570, 580, 590 and 5100 electric tow tractors. When used in warehouses or outside – these high-performance tow tractors with tow load capacities of up to 10,000 kg are suitable for any application.

At Hamburg Airport subsidiary GROUNDSTARS is forwarding all pieces of luggage in time to the right plane. A logistic challenge that our tow-tractor EZS 570 helps to solve. Inside of the airport they are towing luggage trolleys and bringing them to diverse destinations.
This is the first airport with a fully electric tow-tractor fleet featuring the Jungheinrich heavy load tow-tractor EZS 7280 with 28 t pulling performance including interconeccted batteries and chargers for reduced energy consumption.
Aviator is a supplier of a comprehensive range of aviation services in Scandinavia and the UK. Jungheinrich helped Aviator's airport baggage and cargo handling services in Sweden reach new heights of performance, safety and ergonomic operation, thanks to a new fleet of powerful tow trucks.

inter airport Europe is the only airport exhibition worldwide covering all aspects of airportrelated technology and services. The exhibition offered solutions and ideas for the equipment of terminal buildings, the design and planning stage, the latest ground support equipment as well as IT systems, all in one place. Any of the four exhibition categories interTERMINAL, interDATA, interRAMP and interDESIGN covered a certain area and addresses a specialised professional audience. In 2019 it was inter airport Europe‘s 22nd edition.
