Jungheinrich is the largest exhibitor at LogiMAT once again in 2018. With the slogan "YOUR CONNECTION TO SUCCESS", the intralogistics expert is presenting innovative, safe and efficient solutions for the challenges of Intralogistics 4.0 to international industry professionals. With a total of 924 square metres, Jungheinrich is expanding its display area by about 15 per cent compared to last year. Jungheinrich is showcasing its broad portfolio of products and solutions in hall 9, spread out over three exhibit areas. Visitors will experience first-hand Jungheinrich's connected world of intralogistics, consisting of forklift trucks, logistics systems and software. For the first time ever, Jungheinrich is presenting exclusively trucks with lithium-ion battery. That includes the EKX 516 high-rack stacker, which will also be available as an Automated Guided Vehicle System starting 2018. At the start of the trade fair on 13 March 2018, 9:30 a.m., Jungheinrich will unveil two world premieres, which are going to raise warehouse efficiency and productivity to a whole new level. With the STC 2B1A, Jungheinrich is introducing its first in-house developed and manufactured high-performance stacker crane for small parts. This Miniload is the most efficient vehicle in its class, featuring a total of three new Jungheinrich patents: a novel mast design for highest scalability up to 25 metres and maximum stability despite its light-weight construction; an innovative rail construction for minimal approach dimensions; and an integrated Omega drive for even more space-saving storage. The second world premiere is the ETV 216i, the world’s first reach truck with standard built-in lithium-ion batteries. Due to the vehicle’s novel construction, the operator benefits from significantly more freedom of movement and perfect all-round visibility. Compared to conventional reach trucks, the ETV 216i achieves considerably increased in warehouse productivity.
For the first time at a trade fair, Jungheinrich exclusively exhibits forklift trucks with lithium-ion batteries, as it is convinced of the advantages of lithium-ion technology. So much that Jungheinrich offers its customers with a 100 per cent satisfaction guarantee on all lithium-ion trucks, starting at the LogiMAT. Within the first six months following the truck’s delivery, Jungheinrich customers have a full conversion right, meaning that they can easily and quickly switch back to their original technology at any time. This is how Jungheinrich ensures an easy and risk-free changeover.
Jungheinrich is presenting even more innovative new products – the new EZS 7280 electric tow tractor and the ECE horizontal order picker with the new remote solution easyPILOT Follow. Both products have been nominated for this year's IFOY.
