Jungheinrich optimises small parts storage for OM-Klebetechnik in Neumarkt
OM-Klebetechnik is modernising its logistics processes with a new lift rack from Jungheinrich and thus laying the foundation for greater efficiency in small parts storage. This powerful solution improves both the internal material flows and the processes in the growing e-commerce business.

Hamburg/Neumarkt – OM-Klebetechnik GmbH has commissioned a new Jungheinrich lift rack at its Neumarkt site. Among other benefits, the modern solution for dynamic small parts storage optimises logistics for the SyncoLube® product range and supports the expansion of the rapidly growing e-commerce business of the subsidiary selmundo.com.
With the installation of the new lift rack, OM-Klebetechnik is focusing on high-density storage while improving order picking performance. The automated system enables structured, secure and transparent storage of high-quality SyncoLube® products in a minimal amount of space. By utilising the available room height, the company can use its storage space much more efficiently, while the goods-to-person principle significantly reduces transit times.
Digital integration enables transparent, secure processes
The solution is fully integrated into the existing inventory management system. A specially developed software interface ensures automated data flow and consistent transparency with regard to the movement of materials and goods. This means that materials can be more quickly accessed and reliably documented, which is important for the demanding requirements of e-commerce business.

The new system particularly benefits the web shop selmundo.com, which sells mostly small items from the adhesive technology and lubricants product ranges. Processes from order picking to dispatch handling have been considerably accelerated. Shorter turnaround times, greater process reliability, and more efficient order processing improve service quality in the long term.

Future-proof solution thanks to flexible expansion options
The Jungheinrich lift rack is characterised by its modular design. If necessary, the system can be expanded or supplemented with additional shelves at any time. Optional integrated pick-to-light systems also minimise order picking errors and increase picking accuracy – a decisive factor for process reliability and efficiency, especially with high article throughput.
With this new solution, OM-Klebetechnik is strengthening its logistics in the long term and creating a sustainable basis for further growth.
