Hamburg – Jungheinrich AG has signed an agreement to acquire All Lift Forklifts, a leading Australian rental specialist and dealer of material handling and access equipment.
The acquisition strengthens Jungheinrich’s position in Australia, one of the largest material handling equipment markets in the Asia-Pacific region and expands the company’s presence in the growing rental segment.
Headquartered in Sydney, All Lift Forklifts is a family-owned business with six locations across Australia. The company operates a diversified rental fleet, serves customers across a broad range of industries and provides comprehensive service capabilities.
