Hamburg – The Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG and Ms Heike Wulff have amicably agreed not to extend Ms Wulff’s mandate on the Board of Management. The contractual relationship will end when her current contract expires.
Until a decision has been made regarding her successor, Dr Lars Brzoska, CEO of Jungheinrich AG, will take responsibility for Finance on the Board. This will ensure that the tasks assigned to this role continue to be performed as usual.
“We would like to thank Heike Wulff for the work she has done and the important momentum she has provided in recent years,” says Kathrin Dahnke, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG. “We respect the decision and wish Ms Wulff the best for the future; her responsibilities have been clearly assigned for the interim period.”
