Due to the escalation in the Russia-Ukraine war, Jungheinrich has drawn consequences and decided on a comprehensive export stop for new and used machines as well as for spare parts to Russia and Belarus.
All deliveries to Russia and Belarus have been stopped. This was decided by the Jungheinrich Board of Management in response to Russia's attack on Ukraine, which violates international law. Products that were already in transit were also no longer delivered.
"Peace and freedom are more important than business interests and profit," explains Jungheinrich's CEO Dr Lars Brzoska. "In order for this war to be stopped as soon as possible, we must all be prepared to make a - our - contribution. That is why Jungheinrich's Board of Management has decided to stop all exports of new and used machinery and also of spare parts to Russia and Belarus. No more products will be delivered. We are examining possible further steps on an ongoing basis."
