Global Portfolio Senior Method Expert (m/w/d)

The Senior Method Expert at Global Portfolio plays a pivotal role in the global standardization, professionalization, and efficiency enhancement of product management activities within the Global Portfolio organization. Operating across segments and functions, this role drives the development and implementation of customer-centric methodologies and ensures consistent governance and best practice sharing globally and regionally.

• Tool development and enablement for data-driven decisions in the strategic portfolio and requirement process
• Develop and standardize methods and AI-supported approaches for customer-centric portfolio management
• Define and maintain templates and methodical guidelines
• Establish and enforce methodical governance across all Global and Regional Portfolio units (worldwide)
• Support derivation of product requirements from customer needs (e.g., using personas, customer journeys) based on data-based analysis
• Integrate innovation management, business model innovation, and AI-supported methods into product management

• Extensive external experience in product management, ideally in international settings
• Deep expertise in:
• Customer-centricity and requirements management
• Data analytics
• Application of AI in product management
• Portfolio strategy and roadmapping
• Innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
• Business model innovation

• Proven track record in designing and implementing governance structures
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching capabilities
